Problems
  • Businesses often overpay agencies by 5-20% in commission to find great influencers who will promote their products.
  • Influencers, in turn, struggle to find relevant offers that match their salary expectations.
Solutions
After market research and checks Google search stats I understood that there is no such application that can help businesses and influencers find each other using a wide range of relevant filters.
So I created a simple matching app where:
  • businesses post offers and choose influencers;
  • influencers browse, apply, and collaborate;
  • there is a wide range of relevant filtres.
Swaply is a mobile app that simplifies direct collaborations between brands and influencers — no agencies or marketing managers involved.
Creating an app map allowed me to structure the product clearly, define role-based paths, and reveal redundant steps early in the process. It helped streamline the experience and maintain a coherent flow across both user types.

During onboarding, users select their role — business or influencer. This choice personalises their experience: businesses get access to campaign creation and analytics, while influencers are guided toward profile setup, interests, and collaboration opportunities.

The main screen allows a user to view profiles or offers recommended by the app. Users can add offers to favorites, read full card information and send responses.
The main screen also includes a button for applying filters to refine the search further.

Businesses created offers for bloggers are listed in the Projects tab. They can also create a new offer there.

The chat function is activated only after a match has been made and the business has approved the response. Users can then share photos and voice messages.
